Founded and operated by our Chef and Owner, the restaurant brings an incredible blend of Italian and Asian culinary influences with many years of professional cooking experience to central Alberta.
Every dish is crafted with care using the best local ingredients, hand-picked to deliver authentic Italian and Asian taste experiences. We believe in keeping the traditional way of making pasta alive while infusing creative Asian-inspired flavours — a unique dining concept rarely found in the region.
Originally established in the heart of Wetaskiwin, Pasta Kulture has grown into a beloved community gathering spot and proudly expanded to a second location in Camrose. Our menu features fresh homemade pasta, healthy salads, panini wraps, and rice and noodle bowls, with low-carb and gluten-free options available. We highlight fresh seafood, Alberta beef, local pork, and free-range chickens, supporting local suppliers and producers.
